No Knitting Grandma

There was so much going on at the end of the year, but we could let Mrs. Flowers retire without a celebration. We planned a surprise dinner with all of the family while in Ohio for Christmas. She was really surprised and had no clue! Enjoy your retirement!

Parties, Programs & Pals...Oh my!

I've really gotten behind on my posts lately! December and all the events of the holidays really kept us busy! Quentin was in 1st Christmas Program ever at school. Of course we were posted up shouting and cheering our boy on as he led his class, dressed as Angels, onto the stage to sing "Go Tell It On the Mountain". It was really cute.

Across campus about an hour earlier, Ash was kickin it at his class Christmas party.

Ash's Class Party

He's crying here, but he really had a blast. That was just a baby moment.

Hi Neely! Group shot of Festivities! His best pal..LilyMae (aka The Biter)!

Not too much time goes by without a birthdy to celebrate. We were so excited to make it to Myles' 5th birthday at Glow Galaxy. It was a blast!

Happy Birthday Myles!

It's beginning to feel a lot like...

CHRISTMAS around the Flowers house!

The holidays are here and even though Mommy and Daddy are a little slow to get in the spirit, Quentin is there! He's been running around the house with reindeer ears and his Rudolph nose. He's singing all the famous Christmas songs and humming them on the way to school. There so much excitement coming from him, it's really contagious. So we got busy....went to pick out a great tree (that wasn't wet!), piled on the decorations, hung our stockings and baked some cookies! I was even able to find some halfway decent Eggnog at Publix! We are ready for the holidays!

The boys even have their own decorated tree!

Soccer Party!

The White Sharks had their end of season Soccer Party. We went kiddie bowling at the Strike N Spare Bowling Center. It was a blast. Quentin bowled for the first time. I think he liked it but he really had a ball in the gaming area! Loved the motorcycle. Ash even tried his hand at bowling. It was great hanging out with the whole team. Of course he was beaming over his soccer trophy. We found a home for it right on the fireplace mantle!

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Birthday @ Arrington Vineyard

We celebrated my 30something birthday with food, fun and friends at Arrington Vineyard, a new local vineyard just south of Nashville. The vineyard has gotten rave reviews and as wine novices, we must agree..it was a fantastic outing!

Beautiful views from the vineyard

Annual Visit

We got our annual November visit from my folks in Birmingham. The goal was for them to come and cheer on Quentin in his last soccer game of the season and spend some time just unwinding. Unfortunately, they missed the game but we had a wonderful visit!!!

Here's the gang!

Ash and Auntee Jean smile for the camera.....
